The historic White Salon of Schloss Wissen is situated in the impressive main building. Far away from the city one can not only reflect here in peace, work and confer, but also celebrate in an exclusive and dignified manner.
The 48 m² conference room with a total capacity of 40 persons disposes of modern conference technology and WLAN. The individual seating of the White Salon is carried out according to your wishes. Manifold possibilities exist in the vicinity of Schloss Wissen for your breaks or for outdoor activities.
Conference Room “White Salon
Should you choose the White Salon as conference room, we offer you – apart from the room set-up – the possibility to organise activities and accommodation for your conference guests. Selected tea- and coffee specialities are served in the foyer, the so-called Billiard Room. Your conference guests can enjoy further meals and drinks in the Historic Watermill at the castle pond.
Should your group be larger, the entire ground floor of the main building, consisting of the White Salon, the Billiard Room and the Large Dining Room, can be used.

Various conference packages are available for the White Salon. Furthermore, the very personal, individual atmosphere of our guesthouses offers you the possibility to extend your stay in our historic guestrooms at Schloss Wissen.

Weddings and ceremonies in the White Salon
Celebrate the most beautiful day of your life in the White Salon at Schloss Wissen. Festively decorated, you will celebrate here in one of the historic halls with stucco walls, parquet flooring and high windows. The White Salon can be hired for weddings, receptions or a festive meal. On request, the Billiard Room is also at your disposal for your reception or evening programme.

We have compiled a few special wedding arrangements for your wedding at Schloss Wissen. Invite your guests to a standing reception with a glass of sparkling wine after the wedding or celebrate your wedding with a buffet in the White Salon.

Civil Wedding and Reception in the Castle
Make your special day memorable for yourself and for your guests and get married in the beautiful White Salon at Schloss Wissen. After the wedding, we serve your guests a glass of sparkling wine, Schloss Wissen apple juice or Schloss Quelle (water). Alternatively we prepare small appetizers for your champagne reception. The bridal couple is responsible for registering their wedding at the registry office in Weeze.

Information regarding the wedding ceremony:
The Wedding Arrangement is bookable from a minimum of 40 persons and for a duration of up to 10 hours. The following service features are included in this arrangement: room rent, ancillary- and cleaning costs, high tables, table linen and chairs including slip covers, assembly and disassembly, event management, kitchen team, service team, 5-armed candelabras – including candles – for decoration, menu cards, buffet labelling, sunshades.
